Many of you may be looking for a solution for your Phenibut withdrawal symptoms.
As Phenibut is very effective for relieving social anxiety and stress issues, many people are now turning to the supplement by the thousands. Early use of the supplement didn’t really produce many withdrawal cases. However, this is likely the case because the sample size was so small.
Now that many more people are buying up Phenibut like mad, we are seeing more and more cases of withdrawal as Phenibut becomes more popular.
Similar with the classic stories we hear from a lot of our visitors, our featured reader is like many of you. He had a long history of struggling with anxiety and “coming out of his shell” in social situations.
Desperate for solutions, his online research pointed him towards an article about Phenibut. Reading about the incredible mood and confidence boosting qualities of the supplement, he decided to give it a shot.
His first few weeks on the supplement were a dream. He virtually lost all feelings of anxiety while dosing. However, what happened next put him in a tough situation that seemingly had no solution.
Here is his story…
Reader Story:
Hey guys. My name is David and I’m from Cadillac, Michigan. Its a small suburban town on the northern half of this great state that I call home.
Work wise, I don’t really do anything special. I’m a substitute history teacher for the local high school. Its a subject I always loved since college so I figured I’d go after a career that allowed me to do what I loved.
Despite my seemingly common background and profession, I have long struggled with a not so “common” problem.
You see, ever since I was a little kid I had problem anxiety problems. Social anxiety to be specific.
And it was bad.
I remember once when I was a kid I had a friend named Jenny. She had curly blonde hair and blue eyes. And I had a little crush on her.
Well over the summer, Jenny decided to have a birthday party. I was so excited when she invited me. I spent the whole week thinking about the perfect gift to get her. I figured that if I could impress her with how much thought I put into the gift, I could get her to like me.
I decided to get her a shiny gold necklace that spelt the name “Jenny” on it. I was sure she would love it.
Fast forward to the morning of her party. I was in my bathroom getting ready when all of a sudden, it hit me.
I felt an immense wave of panic and anxiety rush over me. I didn’t know what it was at the time, but it felt like I was seriously sick.
What I thought was just nerves acting since I had a crush on her, I thought nothing of it. I just bit my lip and went on getting ready.
But then it happened.
That wave of nervousness I felt earlier turned into a queasy feeling in my stomach. Feeling pins and needles in my arms and hands, I started to panic.
I knew I couldn’t make it when I felt like I needed to throw up. And that I did. For almost 15 minutes.
The worst part was that it didn’t get better after I threw up. I still felt nauseous and uneasy. Usually, once you throw up you feel better. Not this time.
I was so sick I couldn’t leave my house. Mortified, I slowly realized that I couldn’t go to Jenny’s party like this. Hanging my head in defeat, I decided to stay home. Funny enough, once I made up my mind to stay home, I started to feel a little bit better.
Now keep in mind this is an extreme case of social anxiety. I never honestly had a case like this as I grew older. I guess I kind of grew out of it.
But to this day, I still get feelings of nervousness and panic when I think about going to social events.
Naturally, as we humans are social beings, it goes without saying that my social anxiety was having a disastrous effect on my social life.
I soon found myself friendless and alone. It was a terrible existence. Even worse, it felt as if I couldn’t do anything about it to improve my situation.
My social anxiety had a paralyzing effect on me. It greatly reduced my motivation for going out and socializing with other people. And even when I worked up the courage to go out, my anxiety made he so nervous that I frequently came off as “socially awkward”. Most people tended to avoid me.
I felt like I was drowning in my own sorrows. Desperate and alone, I decided that enough was enough. I just had to do something about my social anxiety.
I turned to the internet for answers. Article after article pointed me towards the same thing… Self help books and therapy.
While the self-help books did have some useful and motivating content, it didn’t provide me the actionable advice I was looking for. And the thought of going to see a shrink sent chills down my spine. I just knew there had to be something else out there.
As fate would have it, I then stumbled across an article on Phenibut.
I read about how the supplement promised to cure anxiety and stress without any problems. Even better, it worked the second you took the first pill. Thinking this was too good to be true, I was a bit skeptical. So I decided to do more research on people who have taken the pill.
My research took me to various forums and product review sites. The most popular forum for Phenibut users is Reddit.
All of the glowing and positive reviews confirmed what I read about the drug. Everyone seemed to have this anxiety cured seemingly cured overnight.
Armed with this new info, I decided to take the plunge. I ordered my first batch of Phenibut.
When I found it waiting on my doorstep the day after I ordered it, I was pretty excited. I was eager to see if all the reviews I had read were true.
I raced inside and downed 2 pills with water. Taking a big sigh, I thought to myself “This is IT. The moment I have been waiting for.”
And boy was it worth it.
Within the first 30 minutes of taking it, I felt an immense wave of calmness and confidence pulse across my body. Not only did it completely eliminate my anxiety, it made me feel more sociable. Riding on this high, I decided to go out that night. What happened next absolutely shocked me…
It was unbelievable. it was almost like I was a machine. The second I showed up at the bar I found myself chatting it up with a lot of pretty girls. And even more surprising was that they were totally feeling my vibe. I even got a girl to wink at me across the bar as I returned from the bathroom.
All I had to do was take one pill of Phenibut an I instantly tuned into the charismatic life of the party. It was incredible. I was naturally funny, interesting and even better, I LOVED the feeling of the high it gave me.
It was long before I got a steady girlfriend. Things were finally looking up.
Since I loved the way Phenibut made me feel, I was taking it almost five times a week. I knew this was over the recommended dosage amount. But i didn’t care. It just made me feel too good.
However, it wasn’t long before my life came crashing down…
As I was took my last pill, I completely forgot to order a new batch. When the next day came and I reached for the bottle for another dose, I found absolutely nothing in there.
Panicking, I frantically went online to order another bottle. I don’t think it would take long for the shipment to arrive. No big deal right?
Well it turned out to be a very big deal.
The day after I went without a dose of Phenibut, I felt a wave of anxiety like I never felt before.
I would wake up in the morning with cold sweats (if i did sleep at all. I had terrible insomnia. I had the shakes and I would get frequent random headaches. It was absolutely miserable.
I had no clue what was wrong with me so I did some googling around. I soon found out that I was suffering from the classic symptoms of Phenibut Withdrawal.
Freaking out, I had no clue what to do.
I started looking for answers on the same forum that pointed me towards Phenibut in the first place, Reddit.
A lot of their readers were struggling with Phenibut withdrawal. It turned out that many of them were using the classic “taper” technique to alleviate symptoms. I tried this myself, but found out the it took too long to slowly scale down the amount of Phenibut that I was taking. I wanted a quicker solution.
And I found it.
Mike from the Supplement Doctor was kind enough to point me to this article about Phenibut Withdrawal. Not only did it provide me a detailed and effective tapering schedule, it pointed me towards something else.
Fasoracetam.
Since Fasoracetam doesn’t act as a GABA agonist, it can relieve your anxiety without passing the blood-brain barrier like Phenibut does.
I started with 100mg a day and immediately saw results.
Even better, I was able to come off Phenibut “Cold turkey” while dosing with Fasoracetam.
Since Fasoracetam doesn’t interact with your GABA receptors like Phenibut does, Fasoracetam itself cannot relieve your anxiety symptoms.
However, what it does do (and do very well), is it instantly cures your Phenibut Withdrawal symptoms on the spot.
And guess what. Its good enough for me.
